We are seeking a driven and experienced HR Manager to join our growing manufacturing company in Ernakulam. In this role, you will play a key strategic role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company.
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage employee performance evaluations, coaching, and development programs.
- Oversee all aspects of employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Partner with other departments to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a progressive HR role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and employment law
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems (a plus)
