We are seeking a driven and experienced HR Manager to join our growing manufacturing company in Ernakulam. In this role, you will play a key strategic role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee relations strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage employee performance evaluations, coaching, and development programs.
  • Oversee all aspects of employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Partner with other departments to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a progressive HR role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and employment law
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems (a plus)
