Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns related to our products and services, providing clear and accurate solutions.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate fulfillment according to company protocols.
- Maintain detailed customer records and update internal systems with relevant information.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell related products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further resolution.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus)
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
