Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within a facility management setting.
- Proven track record of successfully completing facility maintenance projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of facility maintenance principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and facility management software (a plus).
