Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned targets for new business acquisition within the Kozhikode region.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, conducting effective needs assessments to understand client requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing the value proposition of our Facility Management solutions.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the Kozhikode business community.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market and competitor landscape.
- Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Support the development and training of junior sales staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Facility Management industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Facility Management services and best practices is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Kozhikode business market is preferred.
